Skater dress! Part 1

Hey guys! I've been sooo busy lately but started a new project! I am in the process of making a skater dress! 

This is the fabric I'm using! It's cotton and so cute! 

I'm going to make a YouTube account so you guys can see how I make it. :) So far I made the skirt of the dress :D
